MEMBER FORMS 2010 Mackay Athletics Club ANQ Registration Form
Download this form to register as an Athlete, Coach, Official, Parent Helper or Committee Position.
You can now complete the form on your computer, print it out and submit it.
Trialists must also complete the form before participation.
Use this form if a person had previously registered with an ANQ affiliated club in the last 5 years and is not registering with the same club as last registered. There are no fees payable on a clearance request.
Use this form if a person is registered with ANQ in the current registration period and wishes to transfer to another ANQ affiliated club during that same registration period. A fee is payable to ANQ for the transfer. The joining club may also require a separate payment to cover club fees.
A blue card is required for Committee Members, Volunteers, Parent Helpers, Coaches, Officials or as deemed necessary by the club.

EVENT RULES / SPECIFICATIONS Always check rules of competition at all major meets. Competition Managers are allowed to adapt rules to suit local conditions.
Always check meet program at all major events. Private implements usually require submission to Technical Manager before competition.
Limits are in defined with developmental stages of growing bodies in mind.
The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), the governing body of Athletics, reviews and alters rules regularly.
GOOD SPORTS POLICIES
The Mackay Athletics Club has an ongoing commitment to the health and well-being of its members, families and the general community. The club is accredited to Level 0 in the Australian Drug Foundation’s Good Sports program. The main Level 0 criteria is.
· To have Alcohol-free Facilities · To have Smoke-free Facilities · To have a Smoke-free Policy · To have an Alcohol Management Policy · To have a Safe Transport Policy
We are confident that these policies will continue to improve the environment at the Club as well as ensure it is a great place to participate and socialise.
