Use this link to register as an official or volunteer to assist at the Mackay Track & Field Carnival, Saturday to Sunday 25-26 May 2024.

Mackay Athletics Club offers Qualified Level 2 and above Athletics Australia Technical Officials who reside more than 100km from Mackay, with a $50 per day subsidy to assist in travel costs to a max of 2 days.  This follows the ANQ Terms and conditions apply.  

To run a carnival like this, it takes the effort from many volunteers and officials, and we are grateful for any assistance we can get.  Where volunteers and officials are assisting the entire day, a lunch meal and snacks will be provided, for that day.
