2026 CLUB SEASON MEMEBRSHIP

VOLUNTEER - FREE

We encourage all Parents/Guardians/Officials who regularly assist in club activities to register as a volunteer giving you the Athletics Australia membership protection and insurance.

2026 FULL CLUB MEMBERSHIP - $210 9yrs & under each. $235 10yrs and over each (expires prior 2027 season start). Age as at 31 December 2026.

This is our best value option and full membership gives you access to all our Club Competitions Days during the calendar year and can participate in many other events available to full members. It includes membership with ANQ (Athletics North Qld) and for athletes aged 30+ years, it includes membership with QMA (Qld Masters Athletics). See the chart below for inclusions. Age is as at 31 December 2026.

We accept valid Fair Play / Play On Vouchers as part payment of full membership. Select Option D in step 2 of the member registration links below. The balance is due at the club house on your first club day. Please have your voucher with you when doing the registration and if possible, use the upload prompt to attach an image or scan of the voucher.

2026 TRIAL MEMBERSHIP - NO LONGER AVAILABLE - USE THE DAY VISITOR OPTION IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A TRIAL DAY.

The Trial Membership is designed for those to see if they enjoy the sport of athletics and the club. It is only available to NEW members of the club and allows 2 of our regular club competition days. After the 2 trial weeks, and upon payment of the full balance of membership, the full membership entitlements are available. The trial period is not offered after 21 March 2026. Any Trial days remaining must be used by Sat 9 May 2026.

2026 ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - $135.00 (expires 28 Feb 2027)

The Associate Member option is designed for athletes who wish to be a full member of Athletics North Queensland, without the Mackay Athletics Club Full Member entitlements. An Associate member can attend the clubs regular club competition days but is required to pay the Day Visitor fee. Members in this category are required to wear the approved Mackay Athletics Club uniform, when representing the club at events. This membership expires 28 February unless renewed or upgraded prior. 2026 DAY VISITOR - $25.00

The Day Visitor option is designed for athletes who wish to participate at a club competition day every now and then. A fee of $25 per club competition day is to be paid before participation. Day Visitors do not have their results recorded in our system and are not entitled to any other benefit available to full or associate Members. Day visitor option cannot be used for any Summer Series event. Athletes registered with another athletics club or group are limited to 4 visits each year. Day visitors must register to attend a a Club Competition Day, before 7pm the Thursday night before the event. See the chart below for inclusions.
