We invite all full members and immediate families to attend as we present the annual awards and participation awards.  It will be held at the Mackay ARC Aquatic Centre, where we will have exclusive use of the 25m Swim Pool between 1.00pm and 5.00pm.  The award presentations are expected to begin around 2.30pm.  

The invitation is to all full paid athletes and immediate family only.  A free sausage sizzle will be served with water and soft drinks available.  Due to Covid 19 Social Distancing Requirements at the aquatic centre, we are unable to invite extended family and friends, other than immediate family.

Please note that parental or guardian supervision will be required for people under the age of 13 due to the event being held at the aquatic centre.  Parents and Guardians must supervise their children whilst they are in the pool and during the event.

Please remember to bring your own fold up chairs or picnic rug.  No alcohol allowed.  The facility canteen is open for food and drink sales if needed.
