2025 Event Information (Final as of 28 May 2025)


 

UNIFORMS & BIBS

Printed Bibs with athlete surname will be used this year.  Please collect these from 4pm to 5pm Friday at the athletics building or from 7am Saturday, well before your event start time.  Athletes will be required to wear these bibs during their event.  
CLUB UNIFORMS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT - See Program for details including for non-club members

 

OFFICIALS AND VOLUNTEERS

We ask that wherever needed, please assist in volunteering in event duties. Most visiting clubs have been allocated an event area to assist. Please see your club’s area in the event program.  If your club is not listed, please still assist wherever you can.

 

FACILITY INFORMATION

NO PARKING ON ANY GRASSED AREAS. THE GROUNDS ARE TOO SOFT FROM THE ONGOING WET WEATHER. THERE IS AMPLE PARKING SPACES ON SEALED SURFACES AT THE FACILITY.
The facility does not have any shade or seating.  You are welcome to bring marquees however they cannot be pegged into the ground due to underground sprinkler systems.  Only leg weights such as sandbags, water weights or metal weights are allowed.  Please ensure that any shade structure is secured as it can be breezy.  Clubs are welcome to bring shade marquees and can be stored in our storage shed overnight.  Note that the facility is not fenced, and we recommend packing these away overnight.  Marques are not to be placed along the front straight.  Please use either end around the 200 and 400m bends.
If you are using a GPS to find your way to the facility, the suburb is Ooralea, not Paget.

 

WEATHER

The current weather forecast for the weekend is saying rain periods.  In the event of rain, the event will still go ahead.  There may be brief pauses, should the rain become excessively heavy.


 

PROGRAM AND TIMETABLE

PRELIM EVENT: 13year Women 100m requires a Prelim race at 9.30am Saturday Morning.  Finalists from the prelim race run at approx. 1.30pm Saturday.  All other track events are finals.
Not all the Throw Pentathlon Events are shown in the program.  The throw pentathlon events are at the same time as the individual event time.  Please use the Session Report to show these times.
Printed copies will not be available.  Please print the pages you require or save the link to your mobile device.

Event clashes are unavoidable.  Track events take precedance over field events, but you must let the field officials know you need to go to a track event.

IMPORTANT.  ALL TIMES LISTED IN THE FINAL PROGRAMS ARE THE EVENT START TIME. 

WE WILL NOT BE ANNOUNCING EVENT START TIMES.

FOR FIELD EVENTS, PLEASE GO TO THE FIELD EVENT AREA 10MINS BEFORE TO SET UP JUMP MARKS OR TO DO PRACTICE JUMPS OR THROWS.  (SUBJECT TO EVENT AREA HAVING COMPLETED PRIOR EVENT).
FOR TRACK EVENTS, PLEASE GO TO THE CALL ROOM (TRACK MARSHALLING) TENT LOCATED NEAR THE 100M START, ABOUT 10MINS BEFORE, TO BE CHECKED OFF THE START LIST.

CORRECTIONS

  • The 12yr (U13) Boys and Girls Discus Weight should be 750g, not 1.0kg.
