EQUIPMENT HIRE AND COVID-19 HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS
There are currently strict hygiene requirements in force for the sharing of equipment. Therefore, please contact us for all requests for equipment hire and other services. The hirer will need to provide their Covid-19 Hygiene Plan and assessed. The Mackay Athletics Club may deny access to the club's equipment regardless if a Hygene Plan is submitted or not.
This link is to our booking form and listed with our standard hire rates, however extra fees may be imposed to cover the extra costs in providing the equipment to the hygiene requirements.
So please contact us with your requirements no less than 4 weeks from the event and if approved, a quote with the costs will be provided.
